INGREDIENTS
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tsp chilli pwd
- ½ tsp soya sauce
- 2 shallots
- 1 capsicum
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tbsp chilli garlic sauce( available in all supermarkets)/ sweet and hot ketchup
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp finely sliced garlic
- Chopped spring onions for garnish
- Salt as per taste
- ½ tsp five spice pwd·

Powder everything together finely and store in a container
METHOD:
- Separate the cauliflower florets and cut off the tick stems.
- In a wok, pour some oil and sauté the florets till slightly brown.
- Add the cornflour and salt and sauté till the cornflour starts to turn crispy on the cauliflower.
- Saute sliced shallot and capsicum till shallots start to turn slightly brown.
- Add chillie pwd and sauté for 2 mins.
- Add ginger paste and garlics and sauté again till smel of raw ginger fades.
- Combine the soy sauce, sugar( if you are using honey add it in the end), chili-garlic sauce, ginger,5 spice pwd .
- Toss everything together and cook in medium flame without lid for 3 – 5 mins.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve with rice or noodles.
