INGREDIENTS:

• ½ kg Fish ( surmai or any boneless fish )
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 1 tomato finely chopped
• 2 green chillies finely chopped
• 2 tsp Garlic finely chopped
• 2 tsp spring onion finely chopped
• 2 tsp fish sauce

My home is a place for guests at any wee hour, this was plated at midnight as a group of burglars dropped in my house for some night snacking.....I always have my garlic butter in my fridge.

• 1 cauliflower
• 1 tbsp cornflour
•  1 tsp chilli pwd
• ½ tsp soya sauce
• 2 shallots
• 1 capsicum
• 1 tsp honey

Favourite of my family, traditionally cooked,handed over through generations....all that pain you take is mind bonglingly delicious when plated.

My Egyptian neighbour passed this recipe to me and I have been making since then and everytime i make it doesn't even last for 10 mins.
