CHEESY GARLIC BREAD
- 1 French loaf
 - 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
 - 1 cup seeded and chopped tomatoes
 - 1 cup chopped onions
 - 1 red capsicum chopped
 - 1 green capsicum chopped
 - 1 tsp chilli flakes
 - 6 cloves of garlic crushed
 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
 - Salt and pepper for seasoning
 - 1 tsp oregano
 
- In a pan melt the butter.
 - To this add the garlic, remove from flame immediately and do not let garlics to brown.
 - If garlics start to fry then remove from butter.
 - Cut the French loaf into 1” thick oblong shapes.
 - Dip each piece of loaf into the garlic infused butter and fry till light brown in a griddle or a pre heated oven.
 - In another pan pour some oil and sauté the onions capsicums and tomatoes till onion starts to get transparent.
 - Season according to taste.Sprinkle the oregano and chillie flakes .
 - Top each bread piece with a spoonful of mixture and sprinkle a handful of cheese.
 - Microwave on high for 50 seconds to 1 minute or bake in a pre heated oven till cheese starts to melt.
 - Serve with ketchup or some meat dish.
